Description
Halli Galli is a fast action game in which players watch out for exactly five of a kind of fruit. The set contains 56 playing cards showing four kinds of fruit in groups from 1 to 5, and a bell like the ones found at hotel reception desks. The deck is divided evenly among the players. Each player keeps their pile hidden from the others and lays one card on the table in front of them. As each player reveals their next card, the moment you see a total of five of the same fruit on the table, ring the bell. If you're right, you collect all the played cards and add them to your pile; if you're wrong, you pay each other player one card. When you run out of cards, you're out. When two players remain, they play until the bell rings once more; then the game ends and the bigger pile wins.Note that five can appear both when cards are revealed and when they are covered. For example, if there are cards with 3, 1 and 4 bananas on the table, and then the card with 3 is covered by a card that isn't bananas, suddenly five bananas show, and someone should reach for the bell.
