Description
Pylos is an elegant abstract strategy game for two players who compete to build a pyramid of balls. Players take turns placing balls on the board, and with a good move they can save their pieces and reuse them for higher levels of the structure.
The key to the game is careful resource management and control of the building – every move can be a chance to advance or let your opponent seize a key position. With the right planning, you can even reduce the number of your balls on the board and create an advantage for later in the game.
Pylos is an easy-to-learn but deeply tactical board game that rewards forward thinking, spatial awareness and subtle strategy – the winner is whoever best balances building with saving their resources.
