2. Duration of the prize draw
The prize draw runs from 14 September 2026 to 20 September 2026 at 23:59.
3. Conditions of entry
Natural persons of legal age who are permanently resident in the Republic of Slovenia may take part in the prize draw.
To take part, an individual must:
- follow the druzabneigre.si profile on Facebook or Instagram,
- like the competition post,
- tag two (2) people in the comments below the post with whom they would like to play a board game.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
The organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to take part in the prize draw.
4. Prize
The prize is 1 copy of the board game Jaipur.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
5. Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 21 September 2026.
The winner’s @username will be announced in a comment below the competition post and on the organiser’s profile.
6. Notification and collection of the prize
The winner will be notified of the prize via a private message on social media. The winner must provide their details (first name, surname, delivery address) within 5 days of receiving the message. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner.
The prize will be sent via a delivery service to the winner’s address within Slovenia.
7. Tax obligations
If the value of the prize exceeds €42, the winner agrees to provide the organiser with their tax reference number for the purposes of calculating the income tax advance payment, in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Protection of personal data
The organiser will process the winner’s personal data solely for the purpose of running the prize draw and awarding the prize.
The data will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.
The data will be retained until the conclusion of the prize draw or until any tax obligations have been fulfilled.
9. Liability
The organiser accepts no liability for any technical difficulties on social media or platform malfunctions.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules if required for legal or technical reasons.
