1. Organiser of
the promotion The organiser of the “BLACK FRIDAY” promotion is Spletna prodaja, Nuša Fridman s.p., Haloška ulica 5, 2204 Miklavž na Dravskem polju.
2. Purpose of
the promotion The purpose of the promotion is to enable individuals (hereinafter: customers) to purchase selected products at a reduced price during the “BLACK FRIDAY” promotion period.
3. Duration of the promotion
The promotion in the online shop druzabneigre.si runs from 24 November 2025 to 30 November 2025.
4. Terms of Participation
The discount offered as part of the promotion is available to all customers. The condition is that the customer makes the purchase during the promotion period. The discount is indicated on each individual item that is discounted. The discount applies only to products marked as discounted.
5. Method of applying discounts
The discount is applied automatically upon completion of the purchase.
6. Changes to
the terms and conditions The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion due to justified circumstances (such as stock running out, changes in regulations or other unforeseeable situations). This may include adjustments to the promotion’s duration, the amount of the discounts or the selection of products. In doing so, the Organiser undertakes to publish all changes clearly and in good time. Discounts applicable under this promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
7. Application of General and Special Terms
and Conditions Purchases made as part of the ‘BLACK FRIDAY’ promotion are subject to the general terms and conditions of business and the special terms and conditions of sale set out in this document. These special terms and conditions supplement the existing general terms and conditions; therefore, all provisions of the general terms and conditions that are not amended by the special terms and conditions also apply to purchases made as part of the promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms and conditions and these special terms and conditions, the special terms and conditions shall take precedence during the promotion period. The customer is obliged to read and comply with both sets of rules prior to making a purchase.
By placing an order that forms part of this promotion, the customer confirms that they agree to the general terms and conditions and the special terms and conditions of sale.
8. Abuse
The Organiser accepts no liability if participation in the promotion is not possible due to temporary technical difficulties, website malfunction or other similar reasons.
The Organiser warns that any identified abuse, irregularities or attempts at unauthorised exploitation of the promotion will be duly recorded and action taken as necessary. In the event of confirmed abuse, the Organiser reserves the right to prevent the individual from further participation or from making purchases for the duration of the promotion.
