Description
Catan: Helpers is an expansion for Catan.
Meet your twelve new best friends on the island of Catan in Catan Helpers! These helpful helpers generously share their skills and expertise to help you develop your young communities into thriving cities. Whether it's protection from the robber and a rolled 7, help with trading, cheaper development cards, easier road building or even chasing the robber away – the helpers are always ready to lend a hand.
With twelve extra characters and their special abilities, you'll get plenty of support on Catan. Each helper has a unique ability that you can use tactically at the right moment. The helpers bring more variety and tactics to the game without making it significantly more complicated.
The set contains 12 cards with a sun side and a moon side. Each card describes the special effect of a helper, and the sun or moon side determines when you can use its ability. With two new helper abilities and brand-new characters, this updated scenario adds more flavour and freshness to CATAN.
The scenario is suitable for 3 to 6 players and can be played with CATAN – Base Game, the CATAN – Seafarers expansion and the 5–6 player extensions.
