Step into the monstrous shoes of the guardians defending your hard-earned treasures against relentless hordes of looters known as heroes, who are trying to snatch your precious possessions.Keep the Heroes Out! combines strategy, cooperation and tactical decision-making for an engaging dungeon defence experience. - Asymmetric cooperative gameplay: experience the thrill of playing as monsters in a cooperative setting. Work with your team to strategically protect your treasures from waves of invading heroes. Each monster has unique abilities that add to the game's asymmetry and depth.
- Strategic card play: plan your defence by drawing and playing 5 cards each turn. These cards let you move, activate tiles, take tile actions, attack heroes and strategically manoeuvre units. Adapt your strategy to the evolving challenges posed by the invading heroes.
- Dynamic dungeon environment: navigate a variety of dungeon rooms, each presenting its own challenges and treasures to protect. Coordinate with your team to optimise your defensive strategy and use the dungeon layout to your advantage.
- Heroic assaults: face heroes with a variety of tactics at their disposal. From sneaky moves to powerful attacks, the heroes will stop at nothing to reach your treasures. Anticipate their moves and deploy your monsters wisely to keep the heroes at bay.
- Survive the threat levels: work together to survive three threat levels posed by the invaders. Protect your treasures in every room, and if the main treasure is successfully defended to the end, victory is yours. But if the heroes manage to seize the main treasure, your quest ends in defeat.
