In The Resistance: Avalon, the forces of good and evil clash in a battle for control of the future of civilisation. Arthur represents the future of Britain, a promise of prosperity and honour, but hidden among his brave warriors are Mordred's ruthless servants. These forces of evil are few, but they know each other and remain hidden from all of Arthur's servants except one. Only Merlin knows the agents of evil, but he must speak of this only in riddles. If his true identity is discovered, all will be lost.The Resistance: Avalon is a standalone game, and although you don't need to play The Resistance, the two games are compatible and can be combined.
