Description
It is 2010 and the world is changing dramatically. Whilst the once unrivalled influence of the United States of America is beginning to wane, other major powers are eagerly stepping onto the stage, ready to claim their share of the geopolitical pie. In the East, Beijing is on the rise and becoming a global superpower. At the same time, Moscow is embroiled in a complex game of chess with Washington and is prepared to counter every move it makes. And amidst these turbulent waters, the European Union is trying to carve out its identity and role on the international stage.
The world is undergoing drastic changes, but who will take the lead in this rapidly changing world order?
The board game World Order simulates contemporary international relations, in which players take control of one of the four dominant world powers from the post-2010 era: the United States of America, the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation or the European Union. Use your diplomatic clout, economic power and military might to extend your influence across the globe. Form regional alliances, attract other nations through clever economic interdependence, or become a military powerhouse that no one dares to challenge.
The game combines academic theories with thrilling gameplay to create a unique experience of international relations. Join the fray and show the other powers that a new era is dawning.
