Description
New rules, new kittens, new catastrophe. Exploding Kittens: Good vs. Evil is a standalone version of the popular game, based on the Netflix animated series. Exploding kittens hide in the deck - whoever draws one and cannot save themselves is out. This time, though, two new characters watch over the game: the almighty Godcat and the destructive Devilcat.
How to play Exploding Kittens: Good vs. Evil
On your turn you play as many cards as you like and follow the instructions on them, then draw a card from the deck. If you draw an exploding kitten, only a Defuse card (called Pomiritev in the Slovenian edition) saves you - with it you secretly put the kitten back into the deck wherever you like, even on top for the next player. Other cards help you peek into the deck, shuffle it, attack another player or cancel their card.
What is new is the Armageddon card: you secretly place Godcat and Devilcat in front of yourself and another player, who then has to decide whether to swap the two cards. Whoever gets Godcat can play it as any card; whoever gets Devilcat explodes immediately. The last player left in the game wins.
Why you'll love it
- Armageddon is a tense bluffing duel: swap or not?
- Godcat is the most powerful card in the game - it can stand in for almost any other.
- A kitten you have tamed can be slipped to the next player.
- A game lasts about 15 minutes, and for 2 and 3 players the rules include an even faster variant.
Who is Exploding Kittens: Good vs. Evil for
