Description
A Fake Artist Goes to New York is a fun game for 5 to 10 players. Players take turns as the Question Master, whose job is to choose a category, write a word from that category on the erasable cards, and hand them out to the other players, who act as artists. However, one player’s card will simply have an ‘X’ written on it – that’s the fake artist!
The players then go round the table twice, each drawing a line on the paper in one continuous stroke. This line must complement the word chosen by the Question Master. The players then try to work out who the fake artist is. If they fail to unmask the fake artist, both the fake artist and the Question Master receive points. If the fake artist is exposed but fails to guess the word that has been drawn, the other artists receive the points.
