Description
You already know the five words, but now the drawings have turned around. In Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza On the Flip Side you once again take turns saying taco, cat, goat, cheese, pizza while flipping cards onto a shared pile. When a card matches the word, everyone pounces on the pile. What's new are the drawings that show you their back: the taco isn't looking at you, it has turned its back on you, and then you must slap the pile with the back of your hand.
How to play Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza On the Flip Side
Deal the cards: with 2 to 5 players everyone gets 12 cards, with six 10, and with seven or eight 8. You don't look at your own cards. In turn, you flip your top card onto the middle and say the next word. When the picture matches the word, everyone slaps the pile with their palm as fast as possible. The last one takes the whole pile under their cards.
If the drawing on the card that matches the word shows its back, slap with the back of your hand. With the special cards you make a gesture before slapping: for the panda you rub your belly with one hand, for the moose you make antlers on your head with both hands, and for the sea lion you clap twice. Anyone who makes a mistake, slaps with the wrong side of the hand or loses the rhythm picks up the pile. The winner is the player who runs out of cards and is then the first to slap.
Why you'll love it
- It's not enough to know when to slap - you also have to watch which side of your hand you use.
- The panda, moose and sea lion bring new gestures that make the whole table laugh.
- You can shuffle the cards together with Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza and sort them out afterwards by the small sun on the cards.
- A game takes only about 10 minutes, so there's always time for another one.
